Today’s sketch will be about metrics. I want to share with you my approach for identifying what to measure once your product is launched. It is inspired by the HEART framework, created by Kerry Rodden, a UX researcher at Google, and it is customized based on my experience working with early-stage start-ups.
I really like this approach, as it forces you to think about your goals first, and only then does it define what metrics will help you to achieve those goals.
